Motel One Continues to Trust Onity Products and Installations

Motel One is a German chain which represents a trendsetting hotel concept in the booming low budget arena. With room prices starting from 49€, this chain demonstrates that design does not need to be expensive. Their position in the low budget segment is clearly defined to provide a high-quality hotel experience at a favorable price.

In September 2009, Motel One partnered with Onity to achieve a rapid expansion all across Europe. The two companies signed an agreement for Onity to become the sole locking supplier for all Motel One establishments. This agreement remains in effect until December, 2010. The contract is applicable to both existing and new projects located in two countries, Germany and Austria; however, the geographical coverage is likely to expand in the near future.

The agreement is proving to be a success as orders are continuing to be placed for the chain. The latest hotels to add to the Onity customer base are:

• Motel One Frankfurt Airport (Frankfurt Niederrad) - (280) HT24 locks
• Motel One City Süd (München) - (255) HT24 locks
